Answers to the most common questions about StayVerse and Rent-to-Own in Thailand.

What is StayVerse?

StayVerse is Thailand's first Rent-to-Own (RTO) marketplace. We connect people who want to own a home but cannot access a traditional mortgage with property developers who want to sell. You make structured monthly payments that build equity toward a property purchase at a price locked on the day you sign your contract.

Who can use StayVerse?

Anyone legally able to own or occupy property in Thailand — Thai citizens, foreign residents with valid visas, and foreign buyers purchasing within the legal foreign ownership quota for condominiums. You must be at least 20 years old to sign an RTO contract.

Is it safe to use StayVerse?

  • Escrow payments: Your money is held in escrow, not sent directly to the developer.
  • Verified developers: All developers have passed a verification process.
  • Digital contracts: Legally binding contracts stored securely.
  • KYC for all parties: Both tenants and developers are identity-verified.

Does StayVerse charge buyers any fees?

StayVerse does not charge the buyer a platform fee. The platform's revenue comes from a success fee paid by the developer when a contract is signed. There are no hidden fees on the tenant/buyer side.
