How much do I pay monthly?
Your monthly payment is fixed at the amount agreed in your RTO contract and does not change during the term. The amount depends on the property price, contract duration, and the equity credit percentage negotiated with the developer.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Thai debit/credit cards via Omise (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
- PromptPay via Omise (QR code or mobile banking app).
- International Visa and Mastercard via Stripe.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.
What happens if I miss a payment?
The platform automatically retries after 24 hours. If the retry fails, your account is marked overdue. You then have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue. If not resolved, the contract enters default review and the developer is notified.
What fees does StayVerse charge on payments?
StayVerse does not charge transaction fees to tenants. Payment processing fees (Omise or Stripe) are absorbed by the platform.
What if the developer cancels the contract?
If a developer cancels without cause, all escrowed payments are returned to you in full. StayVerse will initiate the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
