Getting Started with StayVerse

Everything you need to do to go from new visitor to active RTO applicant.

Welcome to StayVerse, Thailand's first Rent-to-Own marketplace. This guide walks you through everything you need to do to go from new visitor to active RTO applicant.

Creating Your Account

Visit StayVerse and click Sign Up. You can register with an email address and password, Google account, or Facebook account. After registering, verify your email before submitting RTO applications.

Setting Up Your Profile

Go to Account Settings to complete your profile with your full legal name, nationality, phone number, preferred language, and notification preferences. A complete profile speeds up both KYC verification and developer review.

Browsing Properties

Filter properties by location, property type, price range, contract duration, bedrooms, and developer. Switch to Map View to see properties plotted geographically.

Submitting Your First Application

  • Click Apply for RTO on the property listing.
  • Select your preferred contract duration (12, 24, or 36 months).
  • Review the calculated monthly payment and equity breakdown.
  • Confirm the locked purchase price.
  • Attach any supporting documents the developer requests (optional).
  • Submit — track status under My Applications. Developers typically respond within 3–5 business days.

KYC Verification

KYC is required before a contract can be signed. Go to Dashboard → Verification and upload your Thai National ID (front and back for Thai citizens) or passport photo page (for foreigners). Review takes 1–2 business days.

Your Dashboard

  • Applications: Status of all submitted RTO applications.
  • Active Contracts: Running contracts with equity progress bars.
  • Payments: Upcoming payment dates, history, and receipts.
  • Documents: Signed contracts and uploaded files.
  • Verification: KYC status and document uploads.
  • Notifications: All platform alerts in one place.
