Payment Guide

How monthly RTO payments, escrow, and payment failure recovery work on StayVerse.

Understanding how payments work on StayVerse is important for a smooth RTO experience. This guide covers supported payment methods, the monthly billing cycle, escrow protection, and what happens if a payment fails.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Omise (Thai payments): Thai debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PromptPay (QR or mobile banking), installment plans through participating Thai banks.
  • Stripe (International payments): International Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers in select currencies.

Monthly Auto-Charge

Once your RTO contract is active, payments are charged automatically on your contract's billing date each month. You receive a reminder 3 days before and a receipt immediately after a successful charge. The amount is fixed for the duration of your contract.

Escrow Protection

All monthly RTO payments are held in escrow rather than sent directly to the developer. Funds are released according to the schedule in your contract — typically monthly after a short holding period. This protects you if a developer dispute arises.

Payment Failure Recovery

  • Automatic retry after 24 hours.
  • Overdue notice if the retry fails.
  • 7-day grace period to update your payment method or pay manually.
  • Default warning if payment is not resolved within the grace period.
  • Developer notification and potential contract termination proceedings.
