Most Bangkok condos restrict or ban pets. But a growing number of pet-friendly buildings are emerging, driven by the fact that 63% of Thai households now have at least one pet.
Know the rules
Even "pet-friendly" condos have limits. Common restrictions: weight limits (5–10 kg), breed restrictions, maximum 1–2 pets, mandatory pet registration with the juristic office, and designated elevator use.
