Rent-to-Own is an alternative path to homeownership for people who cannot obtain traditional mortgages. In Thailand, where 70–80% of mortgage applications for homes under 3 million THB are rejected, RTO provides a structured way to build equity through monthly payments.
How It Works
- Browse available RTO properties on StayVerse.
- Apply for your chosen property. Specify your preferred duration (12–36 months).
- Complete KYC identity verification.
- Once approved, the contract becomes active.
- Make monthly payments that build equity.
- At the end of the term, complete the purchase at the locked price minus accumulated equity.
